TX Medicare requirement: Documentation For Medicare Made Simple 2020

This 8-hour course will discuss the documentation requirements for Medicare and how to better assist our Chiropractors. Dr. Gregg Friedman will help explain what the E/M examination is used for and when not to use it. He’ ll follow up with how to determine the need to begin chiropractic treatment and if more treatment is necessary. You will learn how to integrate the Problem-Oriented Medical Record with the Medicare requirements of P.A.R.T. This session will also go over the simple use of outcome assessments and how it relates to chiropractic practice and management of Medicare patient

Texas Mandatory: Got Documentation – Communicating Chiropractic to the World 2020

This 4-hour course will break down the need for exceptional chiropractic documentation, which is for more than insurance reimbursement, and illustrate how this can be accomplished in very little time.  By documenting properly, chiropractors can show the world who we are and what we do, and how effective chiropractic treatment is. Various guidelines are being used against chiropractors, but Dr. Gregg Friedman (in practice since 1987, teaching documentation for two decades, record reviews/IMEs) will demonstrate how to use these same guidelines to support chiropractic.
